H.E. Oknha Ly Young Phat was born in Koh Kong Province, Cambodia. He has searched for business opportunities since his childhood. Shortly after the end of Cambodia's political turmoil, he engaged in various businesses in early 1980 — trading cigarette, liquor and other goods — before expanding into real estate, hotels, and electricity.
Armed with business talent, dedication and ethical practices, he has built a sustainable business empire with a remarkable track record of success.
